Privacy policy

What data we collect

When you fill in the “Book a visit” form we collect:

• your full name, email and phone number (the phone number is optional)
• the service you are interested in, unit size, rental period and preferred visit date
• the message you write to us

While you browse the website we record anonymous statistics: which pages you visited, which website you came from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (country, region, city). We do not store your IP address and we do not use cookies; visits are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day and cannot be linked to you.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your request, arrange a visit and give you a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• For anonymous website statistics, so that we can improve the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• If you rent a unit, your details are also kept to perform the contract and meet our tax obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use trusted providers who act only on our instructions:

• Supabase — database, with servers in Frankfurt (EU).
• Vercel — website hosting. It may process data outside the EU, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
• An email provider, to send notifications of new requests to our internal mailbox.

The map on the “Contact” page is provided by Google and is loaded only if you press “Show map”. From that point Google’s privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

• Requests that did not lead to a rental: up to 24 months after they were submitted, after which they are deleted automatically.
• If you become a customer: for the duration of the rental and afterwards for as long as tax law requires.
• Website statistics: up to 25 months.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not store anything on your device for statistics, so we do not ask for cookie consent. The Google map, which may set its own cookies, is loaded only if you choose to load it.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. For any request, email us at the address given above. We will reply within one month at the latest.

Right to complain

If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).

Changes

We may update this policy when the way the website works changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
