What is self storage?
Self storage is a flexible way to rent a private storage space, where you can keep your personal belongings or business equipment without taking up extra room at home or at work.
What size unit do I need?
Space Up offers units from 3 to 10 m². The right size depends on the volume and type of items you want to store. Contact us and we will help you choose the unit that covers your needs.
How much does a unit cost?
The price depends on the size of the unit and the length of the lease. Monthly prices start at €60 for a 3 m² unit (€48 per month with the 12-month prepaid package), with lower prices per m² for prepaid packages of 3, 6 and 12 months. See the full price list in the “Pricing” section.
How long can I rent a unit for?
You can choose the rental plan that suits your needs. Monthly rental and prepaid packages of 3, 6 and 12 months are available, according to the lease terms.
Can I access my unit at any time?
Yes. Space Up offers access to the units 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Once your lease is complete, you receive your personal access code.
What can and can’t I store?
You can store furniture, personal belongings, household equipment, tools and other permitted items. Hazardous, flammable or illegal materials, perishable food, living organisms and anything prohibited by the lease terms may not be stored.
Are the units secure?
The safety of stored items matters to us. Access to the facility is by personal code. Further security measures, such as camera surveillance and alarms, will be described in detail once their installation is complete. We recommend that you also consider insurance cover for your belongings.
Can I change unit size?
If your needs change, contact us and we will look at moving you to a larger or smaller unit, subject to availability and the applicable terms.
Can I visit the facility before renting?
Yes. Contact us to arrange a visit, see the facility and discuss which unit size best suits your needs.
Can I register Space Up as my business (tax) address?
Space Up is considering offering a registered business address service for professionals and companies. Contact us for more information.
What does the business address service include?
The service includes handling ordinary mail sent to your registered address. We do not accept registered letters, court or extrajudicial documents, or any mail or documents that require a signature on delivery.
